How to make a complaint or give feedback
Do you want to tell us a good news story or tell us how great your support worker is? fabulous… Fill out the Feedback Form and we will be sure to tell them what a great job they are doing…
Or if you have a complaint please do the following…

We will talk or communicate with you in a way you understand about what happened.
We will ask you what you want to happen next.
We will keep you updated with actions that follow.
We will ask if you are happy with the outcome no later than 28 days after we receive your feedback
We will help you to be supported by an advocate if you need/ask for it.
We will explore your options for review if you are not happy, Including referring your complaint to an external agency.
